VWWS did all the welding on my ’72 bay which was totally rotten (check out the red campervan pictures on their web site). John explained the the amount of work required, provided advice on panels to get and kept me informed on every step of the job. The quality and the price was spot on and I would recommend him to anyone that needs any size of welding job done.

I have nothing but praise for VW Welding Services.
John is a very friendly, honest and easy to get on with kind of guy.
My '73 bay has just had a load of welding done and John made it a pleasure, he explained everything before we started, told me how much it would be, took photos at every step of the way (and emailed them to me), kept me updated on progress and stuck to the budget that he'd told me at the start. I am really happy with my bay, and i'll definitely be going back to VW Welding Services when i need any more welding. VERY highly recommended.

There is one word which sums up John and V W Welding - 'TRUST'. Without any question whatsover, John's approach and honesty with his services should not be under estimated. John inspected my Bus, advised and then quoted me. He finished the job UNDER his own budget. With the spare funds I then had the front beam lowered!. All along the way he documented his progress, sent me digital pictures, called me on the phone, emailed etc etc

He started the job on-time and finished the job on-time, nothing was ever a problem. Where he felt there was an alternative or less expensive solution - he did it.

John is from the 'Old School' - 'An honest days work for a honest days pay'.

Cheers John

John repanelled our '72 Bay all round up to the window line (front and back panels excepted). Sorted floors, sills, arches and all the other stuff that rots last year. It still looks great and we get loads of admiring looks as we tour round. Work carried out to budget, on time and with good communication. Credit too to James at Mode Wheel Body Repairs for the paint work. Steph, Al, John and James make a great team.
